Terms of Provision 

• The group will be supervised by members of staff or suitably qualified personnel.

• Maximum number will be 20 children.

• After school runs from 2pm – 6 pm, pupils may be collected at anytime within the session.

• Two weeks notice will be required if you wish to withdraw your child from the group.  The school also reserves the right to give two weeks notice to the parents of any child whose behaviour is disruptive or unsatisfactory.  Staff will speak to the parents regarding unsatisfactory behaviour before any such notice is given.

• A statement will be sent out at the end of each month.  Payment will be charged to your account.

• A varied healthy snack will be provided each day (fruit or water, toast, pancakes).  A treat will be provided one day a week.  If your child has any special tastes she is quite welcome to bring their own ‘after school’ snack.

• After school child care will involve as much activity as possible, in the line of games suitable to the age group.  This also depends on what facilities are available to us in school.  Also available will be the use of computers, toys, jigsaws and art and craft activities.  At the request of parents homework can be done, please discuss with Mrs Scott.
