The International Action Group (IAG) have been very busy throughout the 2015/16 academic year. They have worked hard to develop their communication and collaboration skills as they connected with pupils from other cultures and traditions. They enjoyed launching our eTwinning projects within school. They worked successfully with 11 schools from nine different countries discussing Christmas traditions and exchanging Christmas cards. They welcomed pupils from Jingzhou Primary School, Zhejiang, China and exchanged information about our cultures.
The IAG girls will be busy this term with the Send My Friend to School campaign and promoting our annual Arts and Minds, cultural diversity competition, organised by NASUWT and judged by Gok Wan. I would like to thank all the IAG girls for their hard work and commitment in helping all our pupils become global citizens and their input towards attaining our Intermediate Level, International School Award.
