Settling In Pre-School

At the end of August, nineteen girls started their Pre-School year at Victoria College Prep. They have all settled in beautifully and we have had lots of fun together during our first topic, 'Me oh My'. We have enjoyed daily activity based learning sessions, music and movement, buffet snack, outdoor play, cookery, school dinners and story and song time! In September, we enjoyed dressing up for World Culture day, seeing some Spanish dancing and learning how to do the Hokey Cokey in Mrs Bari-Vig's native Hungarian language. As the mornings get darker and October has started we have begun to think of the season Autumn. The girls enjoyed an Autumn walk around our school grounds where we had fun looking for the signs of Autumn and collecting Autumn leaves. we will be doing lots of lovely Autumnal crafts in the following weeks and beginning to think of Halloween!
