On Tuesday 21st April 2015 Prep. 3 dressed as Victorian children and were transported back in time as they spent the day at the Old School House in the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum. The girls all had great fun experiencing what school was like in the past although everyone was glad the cane is no longer used!
Highlights from the day included practising old fashioned handwriting script, using the ink pens and ink wells, drawing on slates with chalk and playing some traditional playground games. We finished the day off with a lovely picnic in the sunshine.
