School Council Elections in Prep 5

This week, pupils from Prep 5 had the opportunity to campaign to become a class councillor and to represent their peers throughout the year.

The girls delivered their election speeches with confidence, enthusiasm and a range of creative ideas.

Their proposals included improvements to the school playground, themed fun days, new canteen meal options and additional clubs to name a few!

Following each presentation, the girls made judgements based on clarity of speaking, proposed ideas and ability to engage the audience.

The votes were counted and we were delighted to elect two new councillors to this very important role.
