There were some budding twitchers among the girls in Prep 3 as they went into the school grounds to count the number and variety of birds they could spot as part of a survey for RSPB.

P2 girls enjoyed an unexpected stop at the Fire Station on their walk to the park and shops on the Lisburn Road.

Belfast Giants player visits Prep
Prep 6 & Prep 7 had a visit from Belfast Giants player, Mark Garside who shared how regular exercise, a healthy diet and a good night's sleep all contribute to a healthy lifestyle.

P4 Trip to the Ulster Folk Museum
Prep 4 enjoyed an exciting trip to the Ulster Folk Park to as part of our Houses and Homes topic. We toured the old town and explored some old houses and buildings, meeting some characters from the past who shared how life would have been like for shop workers, doctors, bankers and mill workers. We got to watch how newspapers were printed years ago and we were delighted to get some fresh hot soda bread from the fire! A wonderful day out for everyone.
