Prep 3 visit Mount Stewart
Prep 3 visited Mount Stewart to take part in a ‘Connect with History’ workshop where they learnt about life in the Victorian times. They dressed up as Victorian children and learnt about Lady Helen’s childhood whilst touring parts of the house. The girls had an experience of a strict Victorian school and later got to play with a variety of wooden toys from the past on the garden terrace. To finish our day, we had a lovely picnic on the lawn and enjoyed exploring the trees and playing some traditional games. A fantastic day was had by all!
