Daily Mile
The girls did a fantastic job this morning doing the daily mile. Some ran while others walked. We had to do 16 laps of the front grass area. We got a sticker in every lap! Every girl finished the 16 laps! We are all exhausted and have built up an appetite for lunch! I hope the girls all sleep well tonight!! Beware of danger naps!
Exploring Winter in Pre School
The Pre-School girls have a wonderful time exploring Winter. The girls have been exploring the changes in seasons and have noticed changes in weather. The girls love to get wrapped up in the cold weather and play outside looking for ice, we are desperately awaiting the snow! Mr Stothers will be in trouble then! We have also brought what we have learnt back into our classroom making snowmen and playing with our Polar Express.
Stone Soup
The girls had the opportunity to make their own soup from natural materials in our forest area. Would anyone like a taste?
Fun in the playground for Physical Development
Pre School have been having a great time in their outdoor play area, working on their coordination, balance, and of course having lots of fun!
Autumn Art for World Around Us
Pre School have been learning all about Autumn. The children have noticed the different coloured leaves on the trees in the school campus. They also noticed a change in the weather and the girls have talked about appropriate clothing to keep warm in the colder weather. Inspired by what they have seen, they enjoyed painting some lovely pictures of their leaves using autumn colours.
